12/01/2021 Mr. K. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents has submitted that judgment and order dated

24.06.2019 delivered in W.P.(C) No.359 of 2019 has been

complied with. In support of that contention, he has produced

the communication dated 24.11.2020 issued by the Deputy

Managing Director, TRTC to the Under Secretary to the

Transport Department, Government of Tripura,. But it does not

show that payment has been made. Only a proposal has been

sent to the Transport Department.

In view of that, list this matter on 22.01.2021.

On that day Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing

for the respondents shall inform this court whether the sanction

order has been issued in respect of the payment of money as

calculated by them.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner may check up whether

the amount showing in the said communication is correct or

not.

A copy of the said communication be kept in the file and a

copy therefrom be supplied to Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner.
