                                   ORDER

25/02/2021 Heard Ms. R. Purkayastha, learned counsel appearing for the

applicant.

This is an application under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955 read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 47

days in filing the appeal from the judgment dated 08.11.2019 delivered in TS

(R.C.R) 85 of 2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura.

Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why

the delay of 47 days in preferring the appeal should not be allowed as prayed

for; and/or any other order(s) shall not be passed as to this Court may deem

fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Notice is made returnable on 01.04.2021.

The applicant shall take steps for service of notice on the sole

respondent by registered post with AD within a week from today.
