Order
12.02.2021
It appears that the respondents has received the notice
which was issued by us on 10.07.2020 asking him to show cause why
the proceeding under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971
shall not be drawn against him for violating the direction contained in
the judgment and decree dated 22.01.2020 delivered FA 12 of 2015.
The notice has been delivered to him as it appears from the registry's
note dated 06.01.2021. But the respondent has not appeared before
this court. The act appears deliberate.
In this circumstances, this court is left with no other option
to issue initially a bailable warrant for his production in this court on
08.03.2021. The Registrar (Judicial) under our authorization shall sign
and issue the warrant directing the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned
police station for production of the respondent on the date so appointed
herein above. A copy of that warrant shall also be forwarded to the
Superintendent of Police of the concerned District.
