By means of filing this I.A, petitioner has sought for

condonation of 642 days delay in filing MAC App. No.50 of 2021 against

the judgment and award dated 20.03.2018 passed by Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal No.2, West Tripura, Agartala whereby the tribunal

granted a sum of Rs.6,38,907/- as compensation to the claimant-

petitioner.

Heard Mr. Raju Datta, counsel appearing for the claimant-

appellant.

Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appears for respondents No.1

and 2 on advance notice.

Mr. Majumder, learned CGC has acknowledged the receipt copy

of the petition along with Memo of Appeal accompanied by the supporting

documents.

Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Claimant-appellant

will take steps for service of notice on respondent No.3 since copy of the

notice along with required papers have already been supplied to the

counsel of the respondents No.1 and 2, formal service of notice on the

said respondents is not required.

List the matter on 07.01.2022.
