      This Court made the following:

ORDER (ORAL):

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Tekuru

Swetcha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate

violation of order dated 04.07.2024 in W.P. No.17361 of 2024.

3. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court suspended the impugned

order dated 19.04.2024 passed by respondent No.2 therein i.e.,

Revenue Divisional Officer, Wanaparthy Division, Wanaparthy

District. According to the petitioners, the respondents have violated

the said order willfully and deliberately with regard to getting Rythu

Bandhu. Therefore, they have filed the present contempt case.

4. Whereas, respondent No.1 has filed counter contending that

pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, online application

filed by the petitioners has been considered. Upon examination of the

applications with respect to the relevant revenue records and in

compliance with the orders passed by this Court, transactions have

been allowed (unblocked) pertaining to the subject property. The

petitioners are getting Rythu Bharosa amount in respect of the subject

lands. Though the counter was filed on 08.07.2025, the petitioners did

not file any reply adverting to the same.

5. In the light of the above, this Court is of the considered view

that there is no violation of the order under contempt, much less

willful and deliberate violation of the order under contempt.

Therefore, this contempt case is liable to be dismissed.

6. This Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. In the

circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in

the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
