ORDER :

(ORAL)

Heard Mr. N. Narsimulu, learned counsel for the petitioner,

2. Petitioner claims to be pattadar and possessor of several

Survey No.319/AA1 situated at Nawabpet Village, Shivampet

Mandal, Medak District, on the strength of e-pattadar pass book

bearing No.T08170250077. As there was land dispute, the

which was disposed of by this Court by the order dated 14.07.2021.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, pursuant to the said

order survey was conducted for the entire extent of land in Survey

No.319 without confining to the land of the petitioner admeasuring

Ac.0-20 guntas.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner submitted another F-Line application bearing

No.DER022300986005 dated 21.09.2023 for conducting survey

on the part of respondent authorities in processing the petitioner's

application, he is constrained to approach this Court.

submitted that respondent authorities would consider the F-Line

application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with

law.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Revenue, without entering into the merits

of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent

Nos.3 and 4 to consider the F-Line application of the petitioner

bearing No.DER022300986005 dated 21.09.2023 for conducting

survey and demarcation of the land admeasuring Ac.0-20 guntas in

Survey No.319/AA1 situated at Nawabpet Village, Shivampet

adjoining land owners and all other concerned/interested persons,

by affording an opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of

forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,

pending in the writ petition stand closed.
