2. Heard Sri S.Viplav Simha Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Home appearing for the official respondents and with their

consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the

admission stage.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are

civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial

respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that, at the instance

of unofficial respondents, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are harassing the

petitioner on one pretext or the other by summoning him to the police

station and also pressurized him to settle the disputes with the

unofficial respondent.

4. Sri M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home

appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit

that respondent No.5 lodged a complaint, dated 28.07.2025 against

the petitioner and after conducting enquiry said complaint was closed

the respondent-police neither interfered with the civil disputes

pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 nor taken any

coercive steps against the petitioner, in any manner.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Home, this Court, without making any

between the petitioner and respondent No.5. It is made clear that, if

the presence of the petitioner is required in any case, the respondent-

police shall follow due process of law.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is

disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
