COMMON ORDER:

Heard Ms. Manjari S. Ganu, learned counsel for the revision

petitioner and Ms. P. Yasasvi, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5.

2. Learned counsel for the parties represented that these matters are

settled out of Court by way of compromise on payment of total amount due

to the revision petitioner/complainant, to that effect I.A.No.2 of 2025 is

filed in each of the matter along with Memorandum of Understanding dated

02.09.2025 seeking permission to compromise the criminal revision cases.

3. The revision petitioner/complainant is present and Mr. Jayesh

Jayarambhai Thakor representative of respondent Nos.2 to 5 is present.

The revision petitioner acknowledged receipt of Demand Draft dated

01.09.2025 for an amount of Rs.1,65,00,000/- towards settlement of the

matters and requested to close all the cases.

4. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 of 2025 in all the matters are allowed

and Criminal Revision Case Nos.336, 362, 364 and 371 of 2025 are

disposed of in terms of compromise entered in between the parties by way RY,J IA_2_2025_in/and CRLRC_336_362_364_&_371_2025

of Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.09.2025. Consequently, the

judgments dated 10.03.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal Nos.94, 92, 93 and

95 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and

judgments dated 06.02.2024 in C.C.N.I.Nos.4612 of 2022, 1235, 1276 and

1741 of 2021 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Judicial I Class

Magistrate, Hyderabad, are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
