Learned counsel for the appellant seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal with a

liberty to the appellant to pursue W.P.No.26800 of

2025, which he has already filed.

2. Permission is granted. The Writ Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No

order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending

if any, shall stand closed.
