JUDGMENT:

On 05.09.2023, paper publication to respondent

No.1 is ordered in Eenadu Telugu Daily Newspaper to be

circulated in Nallakunta, Hyderabad. Publication is not

filed in spite of granting five adjournments.

2. Thereafter, on 07.02.2025, fresh notice was ordered

to respondent No.1. Proof of service is not filed since

then. It appears that appellant is not interested in

prosecuting the appeal.

3. In view of the same, this Appeal is dismissed for

default. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
