JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel Sri Mohammed Habeebuddin,
representing learned counsel Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy,
appears for the appellants.
Learned counsel Sri Mukram Khan appears for
respondents No.1 to 7.
Learned Senior Counsel Sri P.B.Vijaya Kumar,
representing learned counsel Ms. G.R.Mercy Vijaya,
appears for respondent No.9.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the
appellants do not want to press the appeal, as all the
appellants are retired from service and no cause of action
survives.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the appeal is
disposed of as not pressed. The interim order granted
earlier stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
