JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and

decree dated 18.10.2003 in O.S.No.1167 of 1996 on the file of the IV Senior

Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation by learned counsel for the appellant.

Learned counsel for the respondents appeared virtually.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 07.02.2025, there was

no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. Accordingly, the

matter was directed to be posted to 03.03.2025 under the caption 'for

dismissal.' On 03.03.2025, learned counsel for the appellant sought time for

seeking instructions from their client and posted to 24.03.2025 under the

same caption. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing,

there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant.

4. Considering that the appeal is of the year 2004 and appellant is

not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter, the appeal is dismissed

for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this petition if any,

shall stand closed.
