COMMON JUDGMENT:

(Per Hon'ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties rely on a

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 02.03.2025 signed by

both the parties recording mutually agreed terms for initiating the

appropriate legal proceedings for obtaining decree of divorce.

2. The MOU dated 02.03.2025 is part of I.A.No.1 of 2025 in

F.C.A.No.273 of 2024. Considering that both the parties have

agreed to resolve the disputes by the terms contained in the MOU,

we deem it appropriate to dispose of the F.C.As and give liberty to

the parties to approach the Trial Court for any other orders which

they may seek under the MOU.

3. Both the parties are present in Court today.

4. I.A.No.1 of 2025 in F.C.A.No.273 of 2024 and F.C.A.Nos.273

and 275 of 2024 are accordingly disposed of. The Trial Court shall

be at liberty of passing expeditious orders without resorting to any

unnecessary delays in view of the MOU signed by both the parties.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected

applications are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
