WRIT APPEAL No.670 of 2025
JUDGMENT:
(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul)
Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the
appellants; Sri Muralidhar Reddy Katram, learned Government
Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and
Sri D.Sudharshan, learned counsel appearing for respondent
No.5.
2. With the consent, finally heard.
3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties
reached to a consensus. It is agreed that in furtherance of the
impugned order of the learned Single Judge passed in
W.P.No.7391 of 2025, dated 11.03.2025, it may be directed that
the appellants may also file their objections taking all possible
grounds before respondent No.4 within seven days from today
enclosing the relevant documents against the claim of the
respondent No.5 (writ petitioner). In that event, it will be
obligatory on the part of respondent No.4 to hear the parties
including the appellants, deal with their objections and pass an
order in accordance with law.
4. In view of the consensus arrived at and with the above
observations, the writ appeal is disposed of without expressing
any opinion on the merits of the case. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
