JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):
Sri B. Nalin Kumar, learned Senior Counsel,
representing Sri K.S. Rahul, learned counsel for the appellant;
Ms. Taamara, learned counsel representing M/s. Pearl Law
Associates, for respondent No.1 and Sri M. Yadagiri, learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and
Child Welfare Department, for respondent No.2.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks to
withdraw this Writ Appeal with liberty to the appellant to file an
appropriate application before the Principal Junior Civil Judge-
cum-IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri
District at L.B. Nagar.
3. The other side has no objection.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. It is made clear that this
Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and
on tenability of such application. No costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also
stand closed.
