JUDGMENT:

(Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)

Ms. Sagarika Loya, learned counsel for the

appellants.

Mr. Rajesh Maddy, learned counsel for the

respondent No.1.

Mr. Muralidhar Reddy Katram, learned Government

Pleader Revenue (Stamps and Registration) for the

respondents No.2 to 4.

2. This intra court appeal is filed against the order

dated 09.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.16802 of 2024.

3. Admittedly, the appellants are not parties to the order

which has been impugned in this intra court appeal. The

aforesaid order, therefore, does not bind the appellants.

4. In view of law laid down by the Supreme Court in

Shivdev Singh v. State of Punjab 1 as well as Division

Bench of this Court in Palavalasa Padmanabham v. State

of Andhra Pradesh 2, the appellants have the remedy of

review available before the learned Single Judge.

5. Therefore, the writ appeal is disposed of with the

liberty to the appellants to seek review of the order dated

09.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
