         CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.291 OF 2017

JUDGMENT:

Today, when the matter came up for hearing,

Smt. Geetha Madhuri, learned counsel representing Sri Pottigari

Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in

this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, shall stand closed.
