      THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE P. SREE SUDHA

                     A.S.No. 1516 OF 2000

JUDGMENT:

O.S.No.76 of 1996 was filed by respondent/plaintiff

against appellants/defendants for specific performance of

contract of sale and the same was decreed on 21.09.1999,

against which appellants herein preferred the present appeal.

Since the appeal is of the year 2000 and the appellants did not

evince any interest, no purpose would be served in continuing

the appeal.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. No order as to

costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
