         CRIMINAL PETITION No.4089 OF 2022

O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking

to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.249 of 2021

on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class,

Bhadrachalam, Khammam (for short, "the trial Court").

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard

Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for

respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing a copy of

e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.249 of 2021 has

ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated 23.08.2024 on the

file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class,

Bhadrachalam, Khammam, and no further orders are

required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to

dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto

the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
