JUDGMENT:

Sri P.Roy Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the
appellants, Sri Muralidhar Reddy Katram, learned Government
Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and
Sri C.Raghu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for
Sri R.Giri Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.8
and 12.
2. With the consent, finally heard.
3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties
reached to a consensus. It is agreed that the impugned order
before the Writ Court dated 17.06.2021 passed by the Special
Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District, is without assigning
any reasons and therefore, the said order dated 17.06.2021 may
be set aside for not assigning reasons and the matter may be
restored on the file of learned Special Tribunal, Ranga Reddy
District with a direction to the Special Tribunal to decide the
revision,in accordance with law. The parties agreed to appear
before the Special Tribunal on 27.02.2025 at 11.30 AM. For this
purpose, no separate notice will be required to be issued. The
Tribunal shall rehear the parties and pass a fresh order,
in accordance with law. Any finding given by the learned Single
Judge in WP.No.27215 of 2021 on merits will not be binding on
the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall decide the matter on its own
merits.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Appeal is
disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case. No costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also stand
closed.
