ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience

on the part of the respondents in complying with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.9313 of 2023 dated 21.9.2024, whereunder

this Court while disposing of the writ petition, directed respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.4.2024 in terms of judgment dated 25.7.2024 passed in W.A.No.874 of 2024.

2. Today, when the contempt case is taken up for hearing, the

learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 submits that the orders of this Court dated 21.9.2024 has been complied with vide Memo No.466/RP-II/2017 dated 30.11.2024 issued by

respondent No.1, which is not seriously disputed by the learned

counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above, the contempt case is closed. However, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said Memo dated

30.11.2024 issued by respondent No.1, if so advised. As a sequel

thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this contempt case stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
