COMMON JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent places a

Term of Compromise entered into between the petitioner and the

respondent No.1 in Domestic Violence proceedings vide

D.V.C.No.03 of 2010, filed before the learned VI Additional

Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal. The respondent

No.1 in those proceedings is the respondent/husband in the

present F.C.As. The Terms of Compromise dated 07.05.2014

was signed by both the appellant and the respondent before us,

as well as their respective Advocates. Clauses 1, 2, and 8 of the

Compromise mention the present F.C.A.s.

2. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit

that nothing remains in both the F.C.A.s, in view of the Terms of

Compromise dated 07.05.2014.

3. F.C.A.Nos.6 and 11 of 2013 are accordingly disposed of in

Terms of Compromise, a copy of which is kept on record. All

connected applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall

be no order as to costs.
