ORDER:
Sri Tarun Chadha, learned counsel appears for
Sri S. Vijay Adithya, learned counsel for petitioner.
Ms. J. Sunitha, learned Standing Counsel for Income-tax
appears for respondent Nos.1 to 5.
2. This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:
".....writ, order or direction setting aside the order passed by 2nd Respondent under Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 14.2.2025, notice dated 26.8.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent under Section 142(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, notice dated 19.06.2024 issued by the 4th Respondent under Section 143(2) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the assessment year 2023-24 as being barred by limitation, without jurisdiction and in violation of Sections 127, 144-B & 143(2) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as also the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajantha Industries Vs. CBDT [1976(102) ITR 281]."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of
this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5
reports no objection.

5. In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
