ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the order

passed in Revision Petition No.D2/27/2017

dated 11.12.2017 by the respondent No.2 in

confirming the order passed by the respondent No.3 in

Appeal No.A3/15292/15 dated 07.04.2016 and the

consequential proceedings thereof as illegal and

arbitrary and to set aside the same.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned

counsel for the unofficial respondents.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that

after filing this writ petition, the appeal filed by the

petitioners in A.S.No.10 of 2019 on the file of II

Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, was decreed in

favour of the petitioners by Judgment and Decree

SK, J

dated 18.06.2024 in respect of the suit schedule

property. He submits that the respondent No.3 while

dismissing the petition in Case No.A3/15292/2015

dated 07.04.2016 directed that the parties are at

liberty to approach the authorities after disposal of the

civil disputes as per Section 8(2) of the Telangana

Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 to

entry in the record of rights and the same was upheld

by the respondent No.2 in the impugned order in

Revision Petition No.D2/27/2017 dated 11.12.2017.

4. In view of disposal of A.S.No.10 of 2019 on the

file of II Additional District Judge, Nizamabad

dated 18.06.2014, without going into the merits of the

matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty

to the petitioners to approach the revenue authorities

for mutation of the records by making appropriate

application, and on receipt of such application, the

respondents are directed to give notice to all the

effected parties including the unofficial respondents in

SK, J

the writ petition and pass appropriate orders as per

law. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this

writ petition, shall stand closed.
