JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):

Sri S. Satyanarayana, learned Government Pleader

for Services-I, for the appellants and Sri C. Sai Reddy,

learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, for the

appellants, seeks to withdraw this Writ Appeal with liberty

to the appellants to file review petition against the impugned

order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge

in W.P.No.25268 of 2024.

3. The other side has no objection.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. Liberty is also

reserved to the appellants to seek urgent hearing of review

petition by making appropriate prayer/request before the

learned Single Judge in view of fact that the Contempt Case

is pending. No costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
