ORDER:

This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner

alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed

by this Court dated 31.08.2023 in W.P.No.14016 of 2021 by the

respondents herein and to punish the respondents under sections

10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for such disobedience.

2. Heard Mr.A.V.V.S.Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel

representing M/s.A.V.Vijaya Kumari, learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services I for

respondents.

3. This Court has passed order in W.P.14016 of 2021

on 31.08.2023 as under:

"In view of the above submissions and in view of the

law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the above

judgment, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the

respondents to re-pay to the petitioners/their legal heirs,

the amounts recovered from the retirement benefits of

petitioners, within a period of three (03) months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order, under proper

acknowledgement."

4. Learned counsel representing learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that orders passed by this Court dated

31.08.2023 in W.P.No.14016 of 2021 directing the respondents to

repay to the petitioners/their legal heirs, the amounts recovered

from the retirement benefits of petitioners, are complied by the

respondents and the petitioner has received the said amounts.

5. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that

orders have been complied with by the respondents and hence,

prayed this Court to close the contempt case.

6. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the

Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also

stands closed.
