The dispute in this Appeal has been settled in the Lok Adalat

on 08.06.2024 held by the High Court Legal Services Committee.

2. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the said

Award rendered by the High Court Legal Services Committee. No

order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this

M.A.C.M.A., shall stand closed.
