JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant - Insurance Company aggrieved

by the order and decree dated 26.06.2009 passed in O.P.No.982 of 2006 by

the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum I Additional District

Judge, Khammam.

2. On 05.12.2023 the matter was referred to Lok Adalat pursuant to

the letter dated 09.11.2023 addressed by the Secretary, High Court Legal

Services Committee, Hyderabad. An award was passed by the Lok Adalat

on 30.12.2023 and as per the said award, the learned counsel for the

appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated

30.12.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
