            THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN

                 APPEAL SUIT NO.2362 OF 2000

JUDGMENT:

1. On 04.04.2022 there was no representation from the

appellant. On 05.09.2023 also there was no representation from

the appellant and the matter is posted to 12.09.2023 under the

caption for dismissal. Inspite of the matter is listed under the

caption for dismissal; today also there is no representation from

the appellant.

2. The appeal pertains to the year 2000 and the appellant is

not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
