             WRIT PETITION No.13675 OF 2023

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare

the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not considering the

representation of the petitioners for rendering the police

protection to the petitioners to enforce the temporary

injunction granted in favour of the petitioners by the VIII

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B.Nagar in I.A.No.135 of 2023 in O.S.No.156 of

2023, dated 21.03.2023 as illegal and arbitrary and

consequently sought for a direction to respondent Nos.1 to

3 to provide police protection for enforcement of the

temporary injunction orders granted in I.A.No.135 of 2023

in O.S.No.156 of 2023 on the file of the VIII Additional

District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at

L.B.Nagar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

that pending adjudication of the writ petition, the main suit

has been decreed vide judgment and decree dated

01.09.2023. If such is the case the relief sought in the writ

petition has become infructuous. However, liberty is given

to the petitioners that if they are aggrieved for not providing

police protection, they can seek appropriate remedies as

available under law.

3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is

disposed of. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if

any, shall stand closed.
