       THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH

                   C.C.C.A.No.422 of 2003

JUDGMENT:

When the matter came up for hearing on 17.08.2023

there was no representation for the appellant, therefore the

matter was directed to be listed today under the caption

'for dismissal". In spite of it, today also there is no

representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court has

no option except to dismiss the appeal for non-

prosecution/default.

2. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution/default. No order as to costs.

3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand dismissed.
