Heard Mr. C.V.Mohan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the
appellant (briefly 'the builder' hereinafter); Ms. Nausheen Najm Us
Sahar, learned counsel representing Mr. M.V.Durga Prasad, learned
counsel for respondent No.1; Mr. Katika Ravinder Reddy, learned
Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation
(GHMC) for respondent No.22; and Mr. Pasham Krishna Reddy,
learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and
Urban Development for respondent No.24.
2. This intra court appeal arises from an order dated 15.11.2002,
passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.14216 of 1999.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant, while inviting the attention
of this Court to I.A.No.6 of 2021 (compromise petition), which has
been duly signed by the parties as well as their counsel, submits that
the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved.

4. In view of aforesaid submission, I.A.No.6 of 2021
(compromise petition) is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in
term of compromise arrived at between the parties. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
