                 APPEAL SUIT No.467 of 2008

ORDER:

This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the

Judgment and decree in O.S.No.13 of 2000 dated 30.12.2004

on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant absent today and even

on 06.01.2023, 08.08.2023 and on 24.08.2023 and the matter

was listed under the caption for dismissal. Even though the

appellant did not turn up to prosecute the matter which shows

that he has no interest to pursue the case, hence no purpose

would serve in continuing the appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
