        On 19.10.2023, none has appeared for the appellants. Even

today, none appears for the appellants.


2.      Mr. P.V.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel for respondents No.7

to 9.

3. This intra court appeal has been filed by the appellants

against order dated 02.09.2005, passed by a learned Single Judge, in

W.P.No.26860 of 2003.

4. The appellants are not parties to the said writ petition and

with the leave of the Court, they have filed this intra court appeal.

5. It is not in dispute that the aforesaid order dated 02.09.2005,

passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.26860 of 2003, has

already been upheld by a Division bench of this Court as a writ

appeal preferred by the State Government has been dismissed. We ::2::

are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the order

dated 02.09.2005, passed by the learned Single Judge, in

W.P.No.26860 of 2003, in this Writ Appeal.

6. Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
