CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1956 OF 2011
O R D E R:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the
judgment dated 16.09.2011 passed in Crl.A.No.21 of 2010 on the
file of learned X Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track
Court), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad
confirming the judgment dated 16.02.2010 passed in C.C.No.277
of 2003 on the file of learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate,
Cyberabad, at Medchal, R.R. District.
2. Heard Mr. V. V. Ramana Rao, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned learned Assistant Public
Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the
petitioner died and no further orders are necessary in the
Revision. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Revision as abated.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to
the same.
5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned
counsel, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision
Case as abated.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
