           CRIMINAL PETITION No.4563 OF 2014

O R D E R:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to call for the

records relating to C.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of Court of the

learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, at L.B. Nagar, R.R.

District (for short, "the trial Court") and to quash the same.

2. Heard Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the

petitioners and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor appearing for respondent State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing the

written instructions submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police,

Chaitanyapuri P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate would submit

that the C.C.No.1 of 2013 ended up in acquittal vide judgment

dated 22.09.2014. Therefore, submits that no further orders are

required in the Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss the

Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes to the said

request.

5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned

counsel, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
