       THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH

                  C.C.C.A. No.91 of 2001

JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants

submits that the appellants are not giving any instructions

to proceed further in the appeal. In view of the same, the

learned counsel appearing for the appellants is unable to

proceed the case further as he has no instructions. It

seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute

this case.

2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any in this

appeal, shall stand closed.
