         Mr. A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for

Kaloji        Narayana   Rao   University    of   Health   Sciences

(hereinafter referred to as 'the University') representing

appellant.

         Mr.     Rajagopallavan    Tayi,    learned   counsel   for

respondent No.1.

2. This intra court appeal has been filed against

an order dated 31.08.2023 passed by the learned Single

Judge in W.P.No.24177 of 2023, by which writ petition

preferred by respondent No.1 was disposed of in the light of

submissions made by learned Standing Counsel for the

University as recorded in paragraph 5 of the order.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the appellant

submits that the submissions made on behalf of the

appellant has not been correctly recorded by the learned

Single Judge and in fact such a submission was not made,

as the same is in contravention of the Telangana Medical

and Dental Colleges admission (admission into MBBS, BDS

Courses) Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.114, Health,

Medical & Family Welfare (C-1) Department dated

05.07.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.125, Health, Medical & Family

Welfare (C-1) Department dated 22.09.2022.

4. In view aforesaid submission, in our opinion,

the appropriate remedy for the appellant is to seek review

of the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by the learned Single

Judge in W.P.No.24177 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of with

the liberty to the appellant to take recourse to filing of the

review before the learned Single Judge. There shall be no

order as to costs.

stand closed.
