Mr. S. Rahul Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants.
Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel for
respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Mr. T.Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
Revenue for respondent Nos.4 to 7.
2. This appeal has been filed by respondent Nos.5 to 8 in
the writ petition being aggrieved by the ex parte order dated
01.09.2023 passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.No.24276
of 2023.
3. After arguing the matter to some length, learned counsel
for the appellants seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the
appeal with liberty to file an application seeking vacation of
the aforesaid ad interim order dated 01.09.2023.

4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of with liberty
as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
