JUDGMENT:-
1.

The present Appeal Suit is filed aggrieved by the

judgment and decree dated 03.02.2003 in O.S.No.6 of

1999, on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil

Judge, Warangal.

2. Smt.Swapna representing Sri J.Venkateswara Reddy,

learned counsel for the Appellant, submits that the Appeal

has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Appeal Suit is

dismissed.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
