                SECOND APPEAL No.916 of 2017
ORDER:

This Second Appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree

dated 24.02.2016 in A.S.No.4 of 2014 on the file of Principal District

Judge, Khammam confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.03.2013

in O.S.No.614 of 2009 passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge,

Khammam.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter would

become infructuous as it was settled before the Lokadalat on 08.02.2020.

3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
