WRIT PETITION (TR) No.4961 OF 2017
ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh
Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim
order, dated 30.09.2015, which reads as under:
"In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders regarding reinstating the applicant from suspension keeping in view of the judgment of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District in Sessions Case No.8 of 2015, dated 04.06.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents are also directed to immediately pay the subsistence allowance that was not paid to the applicant till date from the date of his suspension, within two weeks."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the
interim order passed by the Tribunal on 30.09.2015, no further orders are
required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing
for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing
on either side, the Writ Petition (TR) is closed. Miscellaneous
applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
