JUDGMENT: (per AKS,J)
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned
counsel for the appellants had contended that the issue raised
in the present appeal is squarely covered by the common
judgment, dated 25.03.2022, rendered by this Court in
W.A.No.196 of 2017 and batch and following the aforesaid
common judgment, the present Writ Appeal is also liable to be
disposed of.
2. In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the
considered view that the present Writ Appeal also deserves to
be disposed of following the aforesaid common judgment,
dated 25.03.2022, passed by this Court in W.A.No.196 of
2017 and batch.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of following the
aforesaid common judgment, dated 25.03.2022, passed by this Court in W.A.No.196 of 2017 and batch. There shall be
no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ
Appeal shall stand closed.
