                APPEAL SUIT No.470 OF 2018

JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel Sri.K.Gopal on behalf of

Sri.A.Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants.

Perused the proceedings dated 19.01.2023. It is also

admitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the

respondents that the property was handed over under the

cover of panchanama as mentioned in the proceedings

dated 19.01.2023 and nothing survives in this Appeal.

Therefore, in view of the above, this Appeal Suit is

dismissed since no cause survives. However, in the

circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to

the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any

pending, shall stands closed.
