                    APPEAL SUIT No.114 of 2007


JUDGMENT:

Since there was no representation on either side on the earlier

occasion, the matter, which pertains to 2007, was directed to be listed

today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, there is no

representation on either side. It is presumed that the parties are not

interested to proceed with the appeal.

Hence, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand

dismissed.
