JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated

12.04.2017 in A.S.No.197 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional District

and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad,

confirming the judgment and decree dated 08.09.2014 in O.S.No.501 of

2011 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B. Nagar.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.02.2023, there was

no representation by learned counsel for appellant. The matter was

posted to 16.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also,

though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no

representation by learned counsel for appellant.

3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default, confirming

the judgment and decree dated 12.04.2017 in A.S.No.197 of 2014 on the

file of XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, confirming the judgment and decree

dated 08.09.2014 in O.S.No.501 of 2011 on the file of I Additional

Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
