JUDGMENT:

When this matter was listed on 06.02.2023, as there was

no representation for the appellants, the matter was directed to

2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for

dismissal', today also there is no representation for the

appellants.

3. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.
