THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER
CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.131 OF 2020
JUDGMENT:
This revision is filed by the petitioner/Accused
challenging the order dt.16.12.2019 of the Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Criminal Courts at
Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.480/2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2018 of
2019 in C.C.No.509/2015, whereby the learned Magistrate
allowed the petition filed by the respondent
herein/complainant seeking to receive the proposed
documents as enlisted in the List of Documents, on behalf
of the prosecution.
2. None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record.
3. The order under revision was passed on 16.12.2019. The
trial Court permitted the prosecution to mark certain documents
subject to relevancy, admissibility and proof. The said order of
permitting the prosecution to bring certain documents on record
is questioned by the accused. The C.C is of the year 2015 and
the order under challenge was passed in the year 2019.
4. However, the petition was allowed permitting the
prosecution to mark the documents subject to proof, relevancy
and admissibility. I do not find any irregularity in the order
passed by the learned Magistrate and there are no grounds in
this revision.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
