JUDGMENT:

Since there was no representation on behalf of the

appellant on the earlier occasion, the matter, which

pertains to 2017, was directed to be listed today under the

caption 'For Orders'. Even today, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellant. It is presumed

that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the

appeal.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

dismissed.
