JUDGMENT:

Mr. Thoom Srinivas, learned Standing counsel for

TSRTC seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

present M.A.C.M.A.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. The M.A.C.M.A is accordingly dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand

closed.
